Description: English pearlware partial dinner service decorated with blue transfer prints of landscapes with flowered and beaded borders, printed in blue "LANDSCAPE / ETRURIA, ENGLAND / WEDGWOOD" and impressed "WEDGWOOD" and "APT / 2" on the bases. The word "England" was added in 1891, and the impressed three-letter marks such as "APT" were used to date earthenwares from 1860-1906; the first letter stands for the month (A = April), the second the potter, and the third the year (1891). The set includes 1 tureen with cover and ladle, 1 oval gravy tureen with cover, 2 rectangular dishes, 1 oval dish, 4 oval platters, 27 large plates, 3 small plates, 15 soup plates, 1 sugar bowl, and 6 saucers.
