Irish Legend (Davis-Rifkind 1585:2, Wingler-Welz 201). Original lithograph, 1955. Edition: 500 impressions for the opera by Werner Egk published in 1955 in Freiberg. Two shepherds recount the disasters that have struck their flocks.
