Description:
Thrown cylindrical pot with large, open round mouth, clay at top rim is slightly thicker for the use of a cover and string, pot has slightly swelled sides and tapering base, flat bottom; pot is lead glazed inside and out, top rim and bottom of pot are unglazed; yellow-green glazed surface has a few lighter-colored circular areas and dark specks. Condition: Very good shape, small chip to the rim.
