Description:
Connecticut copper cent. Although worn, the letters "CO" and the image of a head in profile are visible on one side. The coin shows evidence of being overstruck, possibly "LYM." Found in the Barnard Tavern foundation frame (above basement entrance) on south side by Historic Deerfield maintenance staff performing restoration work in July 2013.
