Label Text: This print is signed at lower-right "Gototei Kunisada ga" ('drawn by Gototei Kunisada'). To the left of the artist's signature are the circular kiwame seal of the censor and the mark of publisher Azumaya Daisuke of the firm Kinshūdō, represented by the a sand-dollar like shape beneath a right-angle. Azumaya employed this seal from 1817–1830.
This impression of the print does not bear the title and description found on other examples (see Boston MFA acc. no. 11.42698), which would be printed within a red circular cartouche at top-right.
