Description:
A pink and pale blue washed photostat mounted on a white wove paper backing. The image has fragments of a graphite drawing with a brick wall and tree trunks visible in upper left and bushes at center right. The upper two-thirds is pink with blue circular watermarks scattered over the surface and a horizontal band of blue at the bottom. A think “l”-shaped blue line is inscribed across the base. Frame: Ornately carved wooden frame with floral pattern and faux-gilding and stained cherry sides. Back: Mottled blue paper backing with a diagonal band of darker blue stretching from the center bottom to the upper right.
