	     Description: This is a narrow, vertical print originally printed as the middle image of a set of three prints, representing Acts I, II and III of the play Chūshingura (Storehouse of loyal retainers), on a full-sized horizontal sheet (ōban yoko-e). The scene here shows Honzō, seated on the veranda by a paper lantern, drawing his sword and ready to cut off a limb of the large pine to the right, Wakasanosuke, swearing revenge on their enemy Moronao, observes.
