Description:
A blue and white plaid handkerchief with floating decorative threads at intervals in the warp and weft direction. Top and bottom are hemmed in a whip stitch. At least one side is a selvage. The other side is hemmed like the top and bottom. The year "1773" in stitched in one area using white silk thread, and may not be original.
