Description:
English pearlware sugar bowl and cover, part of an assembled 14 piece teaset, decorated with yellow tulips and floral sprays. The round, pointed top knop of the flat lid is covered with a stylized brown flower, which has four floral sprays in orange-red, brown, and green and a brown band around the rim. The cylindrical body has two brown bands inside and outside the slightly-flared rim; over a short neck; over a sloping shoulder with a brown band; over two large yellow tulips with brown accents and scrolling light green leaves alternating with two small floral sprays matching those on the lid. The bowl has a molded flat foot.
