Description:
Coverlet formed of five narrow (11") panels of white linen sewn together featuring an embroidered pattern of long meandering vines and exotic flowers in blue and white thread. The initials "B B" are cross stitched on two of the panels. The designs are typical of the work associated with the Deerfield Society of Blue and White Needlework but coverlet does not have their signature mark of a "D" in flax wheel.
