Description:
Rectangular drawstring bag made of printed and painted cotton with meandering tree, floral, and bird designs. One side is made of three pieces and the other side is in one piece in a different pattern, and there is a 2" pocket on one side at the top. The fabric, which probably dates to the mid 18th century, was made into the bag in the 19th cenury..
