Seven rows of (woven) straw decoration have been applied over silk (natural straw plait-thin with a scalloped edge, and loosely woven dark straw yarn, tied in spots with natural straw knots). Tan silk ribbon ties 29x2.38" with piqued edge and checkered pattern running vertically along egde. Stiffed with crinoline and wired (edge of brim). Lined partially with cotton gauze.
