Description:
English plain creamware oval, fluted or lobed dish (also called a "pudding" dish), with a scalloped rim and a narrow applied oval foot. The donor bought in dish in 1976 in a house sale in Edgarton, Massachusetts. She was told that the family had lived in the house for many generations and that the dish was an old family piece.
