Description:
Yellow earthenware pitcher in yellow, which was used for water at the dinner table by Arthur and Pocohantas Frary in Southhampton, Mass in the early 20th century. The pitcher is decorated with a raised swag decoration at the rim; over a shoulder panel fluted with stars; the sides with a country scene splashed with green and brown; and a fluted base.
