Description:
Earthenware vase coated with a white glaze from Old Deerfield Pottery. On the base of the vase is incised, "OLD DEERFIELD POTTERY/ DEERFIELD/ MASSACHUSETTS." This object was made by Edward "Ted" Norman, who worked as an arts and crafts potter at the Bloody Brook Tavern in Deerfield, Massachusetts, in the 1930s - 1950's.
