Description:
line engraving, "A View of the Bay of Gaspe in the Government of Quebec Situate in the Gulf of St. Lawrence," a view of the St. Lawrence Estuary, from 'The Gentleman's Magazine: and Historical Chronicle, c. 1764, drawn by Sylvanus Urban and printed by Edward Cave of London. Printed inscription on the lower left reads: "1. House on the Beach in which Genl Wolfe resided in 1759" and on the opposite side "2. 1500 Quintals of Fish."
