Description:
One of two English creamware, leaf-shaped dishes decorated with underglaze brown/blue. There is a brown/blue border around the wavy-edged rim (except for the stem area); a thin brown line around the curvature; relief "veins" on the exterior sides and base; and an applied shaped foot.

Pickle leaves were filled with savory pickles during first or second course of dinner or could contain sweetmeats and be incorporated into the dessert service.
