Description:
Pewter syringe with large ring handle and miniscule hole at the dropper end, probably used for administering medicine. The two-part syringe has a threaded top and plunger wrapped in threads. Syringes came in many sizes - small like this for irrigating ears and noses to larger foot-long types for giving enemas.
