Description:
Chinese export porcelain plate decorated in the Famille rose palette of pink, green, blue, purple, brown, black, and gilding. The well has a garden scene with one woman sitting on a bench, a standing woman holding a tray and three children playing, with a small pond in the foreground and leafless tree in the background. The rim has four landscape reserves in pink alternating with four small circular scenes. The reserves and well are gilt banded.
