Description:
Side chair with a yoked neck crest rail, urn-shaped splat, and front turned legs ending in spanish feet. The seat is covered with nineteenth-century chintz. The front seat rail and front stretcher are white ash. The proper left front leg and crest rail are red, or soft, maple. The proper left rear leg post is yellow-poplar.
