Prince Albert was born. This tableau contains about 400 moving figures, bands of music" staged by an association of manufactures at Sonneberg, Duchy of Saxe Coburg and Gotha; sculpture in center: "Group, in zinc, bronzed, representing an Amazon on horseback attacked by a tiger - modelled by Professor A. [August] Kiss, and cast in zinc and bronzed by M. Geiss, of berlin"
