Description:
A well dressed woman (pride) is seated, admiring herself in a mirror. A ray of peacock feathers frames her back. a smaller female figure with snakes for hair (envy) is seated at her feet, eating a heart. In the background are various pieces of classical architecture and scultpure- a triumphal arch, column, and a large building with spiraling walkways around its outer walls (Tower of Babel).
