Description:
Small linen table runner. Woven off-white fabric with red geometric pattern embroidered in wool along the edges. Single ply undyed linen warp, single ply blue and undyed weft. Part of the weaving removed to make rows of single thread for decoration at either short end. Blue yarn incorporated into weave of each corner. Both short edges are fringed. Stained, with some of the red decorative yarn missing.
