Description:
Vertical chuban size, nishiki-e. A woman (a courtesan of the house of Motoya) stands on the veranda, looking at the face of monk (Komuso) reflected in the basin of water. The monk is playing a flute-like musical instrument. The woman's house title "Motoya" is shown on the red banner to the side.
