Description: The cup is shallow and flat-bottomed with an offset rim with a single high ribbon handle. There is a small spout. The interior the cup is decorated with a broad band in red paint on the rim with four pointed ovals in both red and black paint surrounding a black dot rosette. The exterior decoration consists of three units of broad and narrow bands in red and black paint radiating from the bottom of the cup from a center circle enclosing crossed triple bars in black paint. Between the bands radiating from the bottom of the cup and a broad band of black are black dots. The handle decoration consists of two black vertical bands on the edge of the handle framing a vertical black band extending from the bottom of the cup to the bottom of the handle and horizontal bands in black and red paint from the top of the handle to where it attaches on the rim of the cup.
