Description:
Rose blanket. Tabby weave, heavy wool. Large middle circle embroidered in indigo wool yarn with stylized flowers and center identification. Circles in each corner embroidered in typical rose design in indigo blue wool yarn in cross and stem stitch. Two top corners have dates in center. Two bottom corners have initials "MB" in center. Middle seam in blanket each end finished with white buttonhole stitch with traces of blue thread, possibly a second row of button hole.
