Description:
Framed oil portrait of Helen Geier Flynt by Augustus Vincent Tack. Mrs. Flynt is painted in an impressionistic style, and is seated in a chair draped with a white cloth. She wears a red dress with a scalloped, sweetheart neckline with gold brooch and a string of pearls. Her dark hair is parted on the side and is wavy with curls. Mrs. Flynt holds a textile (piece of lace) in her hand. The background is mottled greenish gray.
