Description: English creamware, cylindrical punch bowl decorated in overglaze green and red enamels. The exterior rim has a red border, and the sides are painted with four large red floral sprays alternating with four small red leaves. The interior rim is encircled by a repeating band of four red dots surrounded by a circle of green leaves; the well has a large red floral spray surrounded by three small floral sprays. The bowl has an applied foot. This piece was formerly in the collection of John B. Morris, Jr., given to Deerfield Academy (#3183/330), and then purchased from DA in 1981.
