Description:
Chinese export porcelain saucer in the Famille rose palette of iron red, blue, rose, turquoise, yellow, black, and gilding. The well has a Chinese domestic exterior scene with a woman in rose holding an object while sitting on a bench next to a blue teacup with a lid under an overarching iron-red tree. Next to her on the left is a young child in turquoise and yellow pulling on her sleeve, and a woman holding a pot hanging from a stick and a boy behind her playing with dog on a leash. There is a black brushstroke horizon line crossing the width of the well.
