Description:
English pearlware sugar bowl with lid, part of a set with 15 pieces, decorated in the strawberry pattern in red, pink, yellow, and green. The sugar bowl has a fluted flower knob outlined in red, over a garland surround on the lid. The baluster-shaped body has a scalloped rim outlined in red, with two raised-arched sides, over a garland surround on the flared shoulder where the two stylized, molded handles are attached. The main body is decorated with strawberries, vines, and flowers over an applied, molded flat foot.
