Description:
Chest of drawers or bureau with a flat front, four graduated drawers with brass escutcheons and oval brass handles, and French feet. The rectangular-shaped top is decorated on the front and side edges with inlaid bands of curly maple set between black stringing. The drawer fronts feature rectangular-shaped birds eye maple veneer panels with concave corners, surrounded by mahogany cross banded veneers. The undulating skirt, or lower front edge, features a central drop panel.
