Description:
Diminutive desk on frame with hinged slant-lid top and tapered legs. The front and sides of the upper desk portion are joined together with through dovetails. The desk's slant lid top opens to reveal an interior storage space with three small compartments. The front of the desk features a faux drawer with turned wooden knobs above a functional drawer built into the lower frame. The sides and back of the lower frame are tenoned and pinned to the legs. The desk features an overall layer of mustard-colored or yellow paint, below which can be seen an earlier layer of red paint.
