Description:
Thrown redware pitcher with molded lower edge, swelled sides, narrowing neck, and flaring rim, there is a slight pinch to the rim, and a ledge to hold a cover which does not survive, applied strap handle, decorated with an incised line at the shoulder, covered all over with a dark greenish-orange glaze with speckles. The upper rim and side of the handle has glaze losses.
