Description:
Small, thrown, salt-glazed stoneware jug, ovoid shaped with circular flat bottom, tapered base, swelled sides, tapered shoulders, and circular spout with cork, attached to spout is a strap handle with ribbing on side of jug, impressed into front of jug is “D. GOODALE” , covered all over with brown slip. Condition: there is a large chip to the base of the jug.
