Description:
Mat or cover, made from polychrome wool embroidery yarns onto a black wool felted ground, whihc has a plain weave brown wool backing. Applied, looped black wool fringeg on all four sides. Floral embroidery on the face. Descended in the Albert family of Maine, and possibly made from wool spun at a mill near the family. Formerly 2012.28
