Description:
Towel made from bleached, plain weave linen with polychrome complimentary woven silk? weft design in two shades of blue, light green, orange, yellow, brown, black and red. These colors form a striped design of blue and yellow around all four sides. In the center, the design consists of an abstracted pine tree set within a landscape, with a sunset. The pine tree occupies the lower right hand corner of the central composition. Some staining. 18 ½” long (hemmed at both top and bottom) x 15 ½” wide (selvage width).
