Description:
Decorative valance or table mat, made from bleached (white) plain weave linen with polychrome (complimentary) woven-in silk or linen weft design in two shades of blue, pinky-orange, and yellow. Two areas of open work (drawn thread work) at the top. Stepped bottom with warps extending beyond the weave to form tassels that have been partially netted. 18” long (hemmed, including fringe) x 14 ½” wide (selvage width).
