Description:
One of a set of twelve fused or Sheffield silver-plated forks with three steel tines (HD 2010.7.1-.12) and eleven knives (HD 2010.7.13-.23), which have rounded-end hafts decorated with a stamped neoclassical design including an oval patera at the tip and a feathered or roped edge. The silver is extremely worn exposing the copper base underneath. Formerly part of HD L2002.6.1-.23.
