Description:
Small navy blue hat constructed like a head band. Velvet with matching bow on proper right side, from which extend several matching feathers. Matching veil in front, decorated with tufts. Hat pin attached. No label; possibly from Frederick's, a women's specialty store in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Worn by Helen Geier Flynt.
