Description:
Hard-cover bound book of 429 pages titled "The Manual of Commerce; containing a concise account of the source, mode of production or manufacture of the Principal Articles of Commerce. Designed for the use of schools and families", by S.H. Brown, published by Bill, Nichols & Co., Springfield, Mass. 1871. Has a bookplate that reads "The Martha G. Pratt Memorial. Given by C. Alice Baker" for Miss C. Alice Baker (1833-1909).
