Description: Child's slat-back armchair with three slats in the back, inserted into slots in the stiles decorated with a squat vase turning between the joints for the middle and upper slats and reel-shaped turnings at their upper ends topped with squat acorn-shaped finials. Arm supports turned with adorsed vasiform shapes are inserted into the rear stiles and front posts, which are embellished with a squat vase turning, echoing the turning on the rear posts, and end in mushroom-shaped hand grips. Single cylindrical stretchers join the legs at the front and sides. The proper left rear leg and the lower slat are sugar, or hard, maple.
