Description: English lusterware rectangular plaque with up-curving sides, a molded frame or border of rococo scrolls and shells, and rope-edged inner frame. The outer border is decorated with pink luster; the edges of plate and inner frame are darker pink; and some areas of lighter pink with splotches are probably due to the addition of oil to the surface. There are two pierced holes in the upper border for a hanging wire or string. The transfer printed image of the "Farmer's Arms" depicts argricultural implements, highlighted in green, orange, and yellow.
