Description: vertical ōban nishiki-e
Label Text: This print is signed at lower-right "Gototei Kunisada ga" ('drawn by Gototei Kunisada'), beneath the signature is the seal of the publisher, which reads "kyu," and represents Yamamotoya Heikichi of the firm Eikyūdō. Above the publisher's seal is the circular kiwame seal of the censor. The print bears no other identifying marks but is likely part of a triptych. The dates given above have been narrowed using the style of Kunisada's signature and records of his collaboration with the publisher. It is known that together they produced un untitled series of triptychs featuring beauties in 1822, to which this panel likely belongs.
