Label Text: Taken symbolically, the visual elements of Inner Space might imply a world of thought, time, and memory. In this interpretation, the polychromatic bands of color represent consciousness and intellect as blue, emotion and empathy as red, and purity and perfection as white. Additionally, the strips take the shape of omega, the last letter of the Greek alphabet, perhaps implying the limits of visual representation of subjective experience. MH, 2018
