Description:
Border with hexagonal design in white, blue, and blue-green on dark red ground, edged in dark blue. In field, hexagonal motif in center becomes a floral motif in the corners. The rest of design includes a 3-branch candelabra-like mofif and flatteneded 6-point stars in yellow, blue-green, white and red on a dark red ground.
