Brummer Gallery, New York; sold 13 June 1921 to Elie Nadelman, Riverdale, New York; sold back 24 February 1932 to the Brummer Gallery; acquired 31 March 1943 by Amherst College in exchange for the Assyrian relief (S.1855.3) gifted by Dr. Henry John Lobdell (Class of 1849).
