Description: An Arhat, saint and disciple of Buddha. His skull is pointed, his hair and beard are snow-white. His hands and feet are hidden in his red robe. he is seated, in profound meditation under a rock-shelter. A greay porcelain vase with lotus flowers and leaves is at his left side. signed and dated 1855.
