Description:
English delft circular plate in blue, yellow, and brownish-purple. The well is decorated with a bird (cockatoo?) standing on an urn amidst a cluster of flowers and leaves, bamboo, and running fence, with a flying insect overhead, all surrounded by two narrow blue bands. The rim is decorated with four areas of alternating floral designs (two each), reflecting the flowers in the well, and surrounded by a blue band.
