Description:
Silver spoon with a trifed end, which IS marked "DA" for Isaac Davenport, London, and engraved with the initials "MF / SD / 1696.' Davenport was apprenticed in 1689, free in 1696, and recorded working at Gutter Lane. Heal records Isaac Davenport, goldmith, at the Queen's Head over against St. Clement's Church, Strand, in 1731.
