Label Text:
The topic of the print is the nuclear power plant disaster that occurred on April 26, 1986, near Chernobyl, Ukraine. The headline under the hunched-up figure in work boots reads, "The trouble of Chernobyl is our trouble, too." The sentence refers to the threatening clouds in the upper half, which promise, instead of refreshing water, radioactive fallout all over Russia, Europe, and other parts of the world.
